Three protocols are competing to become the default infrastructure for decentralized AI compute: Cocoon (built on TON), Bittensor (Polkadot/Substrate), and Gonka (Cosmos SDK). Each takes a fundamentally different approach to the same problem: how do you trust a decentralized network to run your AI workloads? I spent the past
